Training and approach

Hot stone is worth asking about if you have been on a set in an air conditioned studio all day, because the heat opens the shoulders before any real pressure is applied and makes the deep tissue that follows considerably more comfortable.

Before a session the therapist will ask about pressure preference, injuries and problem areas, then check with you as she goes. This is not a script. If something is too firm or not firm enough, saying so mid session is expected rather than awkward.

Finding us and booking

We are off Arcot Road, a short ride from Kodambakkam railway station and from Vadapalani metro. Guests also travel in from Saligramam, Ashok Nagar and Nungambakkam. Parking on the main roads here is difficult, so most people arrive by two wheeler or auto and we send directions to the exact street.

Sessions are one to one in a private room with fresh linen and a shower afterwards. Bookings are by appointment so guests never cross in the waiting area. Given the industry hours in this neighbourhood we hold overnight slots as standard, and the rate is the same whatever the hour.
