Body to Body Massage Spa in Nandanam

Searching for a spa near Nandanam usually puts you somewhere on the Anna Salai stretch between Teynampet and Saidapet. Most of what turns up is on the main road itself. Ours is on a side street behind it, which in a central business district matters more than it would elsewhere, because a good number of our guests work within a few hundred metres.

What the technique involves

Body to body massage keeps continuous contact for the whole session. The therapist uses forearms, palms and body weight rather than the hands alone, so pressure stays even along the full length of the back and legs instead of arriving in short pushes.

The room is warmed before you arrive and the oil warmed with it. That preparation is not decoration. Sustained pressure applied to a cold, tense muscle is uncomfortable and does very little, so the room is ready before you walk in rather than warming up while you wait.

Sessions run sixty or ninety minutes. It suits guests who have tried a standard oil massage and left feeling that nothing much happened.

When to come

Nandanam follows office hours more closely than any of our other locations. Between eleven and four on a weekday, slots are usually available with an hour of notice. From six in the evening the area empties into the metro and our evening bookings fill several days ahead. Weekends are quieter here than anywhere else we operate, which is the opposite of the pattern in residential areas.

Access and standards

Nandanam metro on the green line is a two minute walk. Guests also come from Teynampet, Alwarpet, Saidapet, T Nagar and Kotturpuram.

Every session is one to one behind a closed door. Fresh linen for every guest, a shower available afterwards, and appointments spaced so that no two guests are in the waiting area together. We do not take walk ins. In an area where people work locally and know each other, that spacing is the thing guests mention most often when they come back.
